The glass has been broken and we can't go back now. It used to be that the current admin wouldn't go after it's previous admin. But, that is all gone and out the window.

Each presidency will be 2 years of pursuing the previous admin and 2 years of campaigning. Nothing will get done in this country.

I hate to quote myself, but yeah, even Newsmax is saying this and reporting on what Trump's response was - https://www.newsmax.com/newsfront/donald-trump-2024-presidential/2023/06/12/id/1123296/

After reading this the case should be dismissed.

No wonder Sydney Powell was pushing for former President Trump to appoint her as a "Special Counsel" - that may have shielded her from prosecution - like Durham she could have kept a circus investigation going for years to cover her buttocks. Another cult member whose livelihood and reputation destroyed - now flipping to prosecution witness (probably for Jack Smith as well as Georgia) to avoid the harsher ramifications of selling her now self-admitted lies.

Can someone point me to the "next great hope" for election denial in the courts - or has the wad been long shot upon the mypillow? Is there any pending credible litigation - or has the standard of proof to those claiming a stolen election fallen to conspiracy theories and "people are saying"?

Sydney pleaded guilty today and got a no jail sentence, you know where your getting this deal to hang someone else.

Flippers be flippin' - add Chesebro to the Guilty list. I may have underestimated DA Willis' case - seems like two lawyers didn't want to face the case.

Special counsel investigating Joe Biden’s handling of classified material is not expected to bring charges

CNN

Special counsel Robert Hur is not expected to charge anyone in connection with the mishandling of classified documents at two locations connected to President Joe Biden, two sources close to the investigation told CNN.

Hur and his team are compiling a detailed report on their year-long probe that is expected to be critical of Biden and his staff for the way they handled sensitive materials. The report is expected to go into significant detail about what the special counsel’s office found in its investigation.

Not shocked about this reported but yet unconfirmed outcome for both President Biden or former Vice President Pence - they both fully cooperated with the investigation of the classified material discovery immediately. You'd have to be stupid to do otherwise.

Trump classified documents case dismissed by Judge Aileen Cannon over special counsel appointment

Federal Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed the criminal classified documents case against former President Donald Trump, saying the appointment of special counsel Jack Smith as prosecutor for the case violated the U.S. Constitution.
Trump was accused in the Florida case of illegally retaining classified government documents after leaving the White House in January 2021, and trying to withhold them from government officials who sought their return.
The ruling comes days after a would-be assassin narrowly missed killing Trump during a campaign rally in Pennsylvania, and hours before the start of the Republican National Convention.
