There’s a great photo of the boxes stacked up around the toilet in a bathroom at Mar a Lago.

I read the entire indictment document. If any of the charges are true and provable in court, both defendants should be found guilty. I don't think anyone is above the law, but it seems highly likely that this indictment is politically motivated.

I don't like Donald Trump. I did vote for him twice; even though I don't like him as a person, I think the other choices of H. Clinton or Biden were even worse choices. I think his personal behavior is very poor and a massive distraction from the job of President. His personal character leads to nothing but derision and contempt from the other side of the aisle (and plenty of people in Trump's own party). And, if he is elected to a second term it will filled with nothing but impeachment attempts, one after another for 4 more years, and even less will get accomplished in DC than usual.

The Biden family should be next on the DOJ's 'To Do' list. It is very clear that many, if not all, the family members were and are 'on the take', not to mention Hunter's laptop, drug use, etc. Then you've got the Durham Report...it never ends with these people.

The glass has been broken and we can't go back now. It used to be that the current admin wouldn't go after it's previous admin. But, that is all gone and out the window.

Each presidency will be 2 years of pursuing the previous admin and 2 years of campaigning. Nothing will get done in this country.

That's not how it works in a banana republic.

Everything they have accused Trump of doing they are the ones that have done it or doing it.

It is very rare when someone is not indicted by the federal grand jury.
The jury only hears the evidence that is provided by the prosecutor.
They do not hear anything from the accused side.
All they basically hear is that a crime has been committed.
Then they vote on it.
There are 23 people on the jury. There must be 16 present to have a quorum. It takes 12 yes votes to get an indictment.
So it is very rare when someone is not indicted.

When it goes to trial , then and only then is the plaintiffs side heard.

Like the old saying goes ,
" A grand jury can indict a ham sandwich ".

Wait the same folks that prepared documents for the FISA court on Russia, Russia, Russia, several times, for several warrants, presented to a grand jury.

Yep, credible.

Let me guess. You want Hillary, Biden et Al locked up for their crimes, but not Trump who does the same thing.

What crimes of Trump have been proven? They have accused him of many but it’s all been their own doing.

Russia hoax? Nope, Hillary and DNC paid for it. Don’t forget their pay to play schemes.

PeePee tape? Nope, again more BS from Hillary and DNC. My money is on this actually being Hunter caught on video.

Ukraine blackmail? Nope, Sleepy Joe all the way. He is actually on camera bragging about it.

Any odd wire payments from “enemy” countries found in Trump’s accounts? Nope, again it is Sleepy Joe and family. Good chance there are others too.

Your TDS is seeping out again.

It’s obvious you are emotionally driven and don't use logic or have principles.

When Hillary had classified docs on her personal email server, did you say “it’s ok. Everyone does it”. No. We all said she should be prosecuted because she broke the law

When Trump keeps classified documents in his home that he isn’t authorized to have, when he is on tape telling people he isn’t supposed to have the documents, when he is on tape telling people that he isn’t supposed to share what is in the docs, but proceeds to do so, your response is still the 5 years olds defense “but other people do it”. When it’s the guy you worship like a god, all of a sudden the legalities of it doesn’t matter.

If it’s wrong for Hillary, it’s wrong for trump.

Weak but let’s play along.

Big difference between Hillary and Donald. One was a US President the other was not. Also one didn’t have an illegal server hidden in his basement. As much as she wanted to be President, she was not. Trump was the President and like when Bill was President had the authority to have those documents.

Similar to your comments. If it’s ok for Bill, it’s ok for Don. Both were US Presidents, not a secretary.

Wrong yet again. Trumps standing as a former president doesn’t give him license to have those documents since he no longer president. He is required to surrender them once he left office. It specially doesn’t allow him to store documents any way he wants.

Hillary never shared classified documents with people who couldn’t have them. Trump admitted he couldn’t share the info, yet did anyway.

Hillary had her server in her home. Trump kept the documents in a bathroom, in a ballroom, and other places one is NEVER allowed to store classified material (even if he was authorized to have them).

 You really think Trump kept documents next to the shitter or in the ballroom? just out cluttering up the area. Got some beachfront property in Yuma for you too.

But it was ok for slick willy to keep his records in the sock drawer? Just not Trump? It has already been decided by the Supreme Court.

TDS goes both ways…the D is either for derangement or disciple. There will always be some article, tweet, or blog post that Trump sycophants will pull off the Internet to try an prove their point. Is the article/tweet/blog based in reality? Probably not. But, the same goes with anti-Trump people. There will always be something on the Internet trying to “prove” their point.

We have courts and judges for a reason, let them figure it out.

No one here has any actual first hand knowledge of any of these events. No one here can say what photos are fake, real, doctored, edited, etc. No one here knows anything for certain. Stop acting like you do.

Yep, but what we do know is the side making all the accusations has lied to the courts, to congress and to the American people. I think I can come to my own conclusion based solely on that.

As far as a "judge", they can only rule on what is presented and admitted in court. How'd that work out in the FISA courts?

Not bitching or being contrary, just stating facts.

Willys sock drawer, this has already been tried

Trumps own Attorney General says that Trump had no right to those documents.

“This idea of presenting Trump as a victim here or a victim of a witch hunt is ridiculous,” Barr said. “Yes, he’s been a victim in the past. His adversaries have obsessively pursued him with phony claims. And I’ve been at his side defending against them when he is a victim. But this is much different. He’s not a victim here. He was totally wrong that he had the right to have those documents. Those documents are among the most sensitive secrets that the country has. They have to be in the custody of the archivist. He had no right to maintain them and retain them.”
