Nothing here yet. Guess I get mine when the second wave hits!

When is this "second wave" I hear about? I haven't received mine either.

Direct deposit was first, then retirees, then it's going by income for mailed checks. If you are a middle class you're dead last. .gov has said May 15th projected.

The Boss said that the people who filed 2019 taxes electronically were sent their stimulus money on April 15. She said the people who filed 2018 taxes electronically (but not 2019 yet) will be receiving their money on April 22. I'm going to hold her to it.

Yeah, I get SSDI, so I guess I'm in the "retired" column.

I haven't got my bonus yet-just the regular meager SS stipend that I paid for over a period of 40 years... every day is Saturday and I earned every minute and every dollar- so don't refer to it as welfare, sonny...

It is welfare. I've also worked 40 plus years paying into a system than always spends more than it takes in. Every dollar you and I paid in was already spent. Every dollar I still pay in is spent generations into the future. 2,000,000,000,000 dollars ÷ 330,000,000 Americans = 6,060 dollars each of money that has to be borrowed and repaid by those yet to be born. What a deal!!!

It generational welfare and that's assuming the US doesn't collapse from fiscal mismanagement. Which is almost certainly coming.

Still no check here, my SSA came right on time so they know where to put it just did not happen yet. To bad as I was going to give a huge job (I could put off for ever) to my landscaper rather than just a gift.

No government cheese for me or Mrs. Flash yet.

The IRS didn't have my account info at the bank because I haven't had a refund since 1983.

UPDATE: The 2nd wave of direct deposits begins on Wednesday the 29th. That includes me. I receive SSDI disability and no longer file as a result. It has been explained that we who have no need to file with the IRS but who receive monthly funds via direct deposit from the SS Administration were automatically included and not required to do anything. Just sit back and wait. Well, I've never been good at just sitting back and waiting, so it has been frustrating to just sit and watch. Especially since there was no announced date when the rumored 2nd wave of fund issuances would actually happen. But last night I once again checked the IRS's portal to check on getting payment, and suddenly I am now informed it is comming on the 29th. I informed several other friends who receive SSDI and urged them to check on their status as well, and they all confirmed the same results.

Just checked again on irs.gov. Finally it said I was eligible. The site said I was missing my bank info. Funny because I've been using online filing for a few years and I know they have my info. It said I need to re-enter some numbers from my 2018 taxes and my bank info.
