Guess that was inevitable:

"TROY Industries has just announced that they will be moving both their headquarters and manufacturing plant to Clarksville, Tennessee. You may be familiar with TROY Industries from their popular line of sporting rifles including the unique TROY Pump Action Rifle (PAR). The move, which is taking place to “ensure the success of the company” citing the “changing climate for firearms manufacturers” as the impetus for the relocation. The 5-year plan will begin in June costing $7.2 million and creating 75 new jobs."

Troy Industries should stay in Taxachusetts and be taxed to death.

I also see “The Glock Store” is opening a new location I believe in Memphis. Tennessee must be the shiz nit

Troy's hiring practices in the past are unfortunate, but they did/do make some high quality gear.

Plenty of companies make nice stuff. However, if I ever need to shoot a woman in the face while she is holding her baby, I will be sure to use Troy products.

Troy makes really good products, focusing on their "target" market -- jack-booted thugs. They are strong advocates for the right of jack-booted thugs to keep and bear arms.

"Ve vuss chust following orders."

Yep. I don't always shoot silhouette targets with Troy-equipped rifles, but when I do, I name the targets Vicki.

About three years ago, Stag Arms made the poopy list for a while. They were shipping AR's with Chinese-made (or containing parts thereof) charging handles and maybe some other things as well. I actually bought one of the guns in question. They sent me a replacement charging handle free of charge.

That would make a great shirt to wear to a gun show and then stop by the Troy booth.
