As expensive as our gear is I like to let people know when something does not work. That said when a company takes care of us, this needs to be brought up.

I have an 1895 Winchester which is original unmolested ans I do not want to tap a near irreplaceable stock for a sling.

I bumped into an amazing looking sling made by tourbon. The leather work and tooling is fantastic. What is more fantastic is the service I have experienced.

Recently one of the stitched areas began splitting. I contacted the company simply asking if I could purchase a replacement piece to fix it myself.

Tourbon customer service asked me to send a photo. I of course thought, yeah this is not going well. How wrong I was.

They asked me to purchase a replacement so the could send me one. The purchase was because my order which was over 3 months old could not be accessed.

I purchased it and let them know as requested when it arrived. Upon my letting them know I had it in hand. They canceled the order and refunded my 2nd purchase.

They have a lot of leather products. If you are in need of something you might consider checking them as they have proven if you need assistance they will be there for you.By the way.... the entire process from contact to replacement and refund.... less than 3 days!

Tourbon has my business.

Thanks for sharing. I saw a few things I can get folks for back to school gifts. Their bicycle stuff looks well made and knowing how kids are on gear it’s nice to know they take care of the customer after the sale.

My brothers kids are getting hooked up this year. Thanks OP! 🫡
