Well, it looks like it is starting already. I was planning on going out to the desert today and I turn on the news to see a wildfire out near Hewitt station Road.. guess I gotta go somewhere else now.

Are we sure it wasn't Billy Joel? For a guy who claims to have not started the fire, he sure is very defensive about it.

Fortunately the creek was still flowing about 30 feet away.
It was such a big burn pit it took us about 25 gallons of water to kill it.
