It's probably appropriate. The eagle on there is a symbol of strength, and it does not appropriately represent the executive branch at the moment. Although, they probably blurred it out because strength is a white male patriarchal trait, or because they say it's actually a white supremacist symbol, or that it doesn't represent non-cisgendered individuals or some garbage like that.
