Browning - and then I'd offer $1 and the opportunity to work with Browning to Mike Dillon or whomever at Dillon Precision / Dillon Aero did the design work to create the M134D out of the GAU-2 miniguns. Why? Well - because they are local, they build great stuff that works well, and the M134D is just way cool in my book.
