Make sure you take him out to the range and desert. Give him better guns that make sense to him.
Dude could have easily bought a Ruger AR, Glock 19 and an 870 and would have had all the bases covered for about 1500 bucks.
The only person I know who could run a Saiga like a sewing machine was glockmonger.
