Ray Epps sold his Gilbert ranchette and bugged out onto the open road in a big RV with his wife and is cruising the country so as to be incommunicado and unavailable to any journalists or reporters who might actually give a damn and want to do their jobs. No doubt he stays in contact with his government handlers and they can supply him to appear in a court if they were so inclined. But they'll never admit it.

In the meantime, if anyone else wants to find him, they'll have to establish a ratline network of observers and lookouts at all the regular RV parks and truck stops and anywhere selling cheap diesel. Last picture I saw of his place in Gilbert, he used to have a big maroon colored land yacht bus conversion. BOLO.
