Who knows these days. We're a society that relies on so much outside sourcing that unless you're growing stuff yourself, it can't be guaranteed. I remember when the whole "organic" stuff started and people still don't know if it is or not.

Look up modified food starch. Terrible stuff. And it's added to so many foods. Even Costco's famous rotisserie chickens and Gatorade have it ffs...

Penicillin is also made from mold, and mold is involved in most cheese. It’s not necessarily a bad thing. I’m more concerned about Chinese quality control.

it sure is- but you dont consume that in the amounts you do on a daily basis like citric acid- this shiite is really bad-

If you read labels on vitamin supplements from walmart, majority of them are from china. Some of them even says: Product of China, USA
