Harris was asked the first question, and she rambled on without answering it. Pretty much as expected. Trump was mostly reserved (comparatively). She got away with most of what she said, but he got in some good barbs. I thought his closing statement was pretty powerful and well presented.

Thought Trump would have looked better if he didn’t bring up debunked conspiracy theories, killing full term babies and eating cats and dogs. He needs to stop talking about the last election. Even Hilary has. Blaming immigrants for all our problems is just old news. They’ve been a problem since the Irish landed in NYC yet here we are; never been “fixed” by any party but we’re a world leader. The chance we recently had for some actual legislative change was torpedoed by Trump so it’s really not an issue he should bring up. It Still ticks me off. He let his vanity slip when she teased him about rally crowd sizes. It was, sadly, kinda funny how he responded. Should have just let that slid and redirected it. Overall the big news is Taylor Swift endorsing Harris. She will bring fresh money and fresh votes. Trump lost AZ by less than 11,000 votes. Probably that many Swifties just became hardline Harris votes.

I was not so pleasantly surprised by how well Kamel did. I'm not saying she won anything or landed any huge punches, but she stayed on 3 topics that will resonate with the brain-dead voting populace.
I will give you stuff, $6,000 for new family, $50,000 tax credit to new small business, $25,000 for new home buyers, and tuition "forgiveness" is still on the table
I will be a uniter not a divider, same Bull-crap Bidet used in 2020, young voters are too stupid to see how that worked out. The voting populace know we were divided but don't realize it was because of their mudslinging at Trump assisted by RINOs
And the Biggy, young women can screw anything they want and if they get pregnant and their hormones overwhelm them for the first 9 months, then they decide they look like a house, they don't want a kid, a kid will cramp their party style, they can just kill it.

Repeat: Trump had a golden opportunity, and he blew it.

The playbook for Trump to defeat himself was well known. Anyone with at least 1/4 of a brain knew it, but yet he was still nominated by those that bow to him as king. Welcome to another 4 years of insanity.

If you're referring to the "bi-partisan" Border bill you need to do your homework. It provided the following:
1. Allowed 5,000 illegals entry per day, amounting to almost 2 million per year, not including gottaways.
2. Provided per federal law, attorneys for all these illegals aliens
3. Mandatory "catch and release"
4. Funds healthcare for illegal aliens
5. Funding for additional border agents doesn't take effect until 2028.
It was a terrible bill, basically codifying everything they are doing now, plus providing billions for those NGOs that coddle these illegals.
