This is in Harris County. The libs reign there.
Second to the Austin area for anti gun bullsheit.
Everyone is calling the guy a hero so the DA ogg will have a bunch of splaining to do if she gets the indictment which she can easily do during a grand jury proceeding, since onky the Prosecutor presents evidence and educates the grand jury on the legal issues. This is how the soldier in Austin was charged in a clear self defense shooting during the riots. The Prosecutor essentially lied and refused to present all the police testimony and investigating officers statements who all agreed that shooting was justified. The mob surrounding his car and the guy pointing the AK at him are all on tape. It's a whole mess that might get the Prosecutor charged himself but the soldier will get off during trial.
Still even liberal soros funded type prosecutors in Texas don't usually push that hard for an indictment in self defense cases like this. They would rather not charge the robber if it came before them, they love to simply not charge stuff. You have to actually do something to remove your justification for defending yourself like start the fight and not attempt to disengage from the conflict, even then like as was seen in the dad/new boyfriend shooting last year the guy who shot the unarmed dad got no billed by the grand jury.
Justified is justified and this guy was clearly justified and didnt chase him down after the threat was clearly over. Hopefully his lawyer will help him explain The last shot to the back of the head after he walked up to him well enough. I didn't look close enough to the full video but apparently that's gonna be the issue.
All such incidents goto grand jury in Texas and even in libtarded areas its hard to get billed for such a clear self defense shooting, with the exception of the soldier in Austin who shot a guy pointing an ak at him during the riots, so this guy will probably be OK. If the Prosecutor were allowed to charge these things without a grand jury indictment they might try to get this guy since he clearly was a bit excessive with the back of tge head shot after the guy was down. As everyone knows, much more sketchy shootings get no billed all the time. No bill means the grand jury refuses an indictment.
Zero phucks for the dead guy. He was convicted for a felony murder robbery in 2015 he plead down to I think aggravated robbery with a 15 year sentence. He was out on parole for that, also out on bond for beating up his girlfriend just recently and obviously out committing armed robbery all over Houston. He was stupid to boot by using a toy gun in Texas.
The sentiment is the guy simply took out the trash for the rest of us.
We're wondering when the parade is.
