Yes it is
Alan Colie should get off, but it is a blue state. There were 2 people harassing him and both were bigger in size. If that happened here, I feel that the male or female would be scared and want to defend themself.
I feel this is another reason to join the Arizona Citizens Defense League (AZCDL) and stop bad gun laws.

Alan Colie found not guilty of some charges. It looks like they are still charging him with shooting a gun. He is still in jail.
