It's a developed campsite, with tables, fire rings and bathroom facilities. If you want to drive a couple hours out, Christopher Creek is decent family camp area, too.

Water splash area perfect for the tikes, ducks in the ponds, fishing, playground equipment to the Nth degree, cookout grills, etc etc.
