Done my fair share of deals with Pawn 1st. Each store has their own manager, personality, and goals. Chain-wide, if the gun is not yet over 30days old, they are almost guaranteed not to move on it. Other than that, they will generally deal, yes. You'll note there are never any sort of EBR's on-hand. Corporate has made it a policy to only offer that at auction, for whatever reason.
