I just bought a Smith and Wesson M&P .45 ACP with a 4 inch barrel.
The grips are so aggressive that after shooting 20 or 30 rounds they started digging into my palm, especially under the thumb area, making an otherwise nice shooter into a painful ordeal.
I know they advertise various grips capable of maintaining their hold when shooting in the rain or with sweaty hands, but these things are ridiculous. I noticed similarly aggressive grips on an FN509.
This may be the trend but it sucks-----Question, other than getting something like a Talon grip, is there any way to minimize these grips? (please don't say gloves)
