Silencershop had to withdraw and resubmit 3000 + form 4s

I've got a couple of forms that were submitted through the silencer shop kiosk, and noticed yesterday that my mailed on date had been updated to more than a month later than the previous date showed in my account.

I called silencershop and they stated that the ATF is no longer allowing them to sign the forms on behalf of the transferring dealer. As a result they had to withdraw all non-approved submissions, and obtain dealer signatures and resubmitted.

They stated this had impacted more than 3,000 submissions. Just a heads up, for many of us the wait just got longer.

How do you check that?

Login to the silencershop website, and under "my account" go to "my orders." Everything from July and August now shows a mail date of September 5th. Frustrating.

Ditto here, my mailed forms date changed yesterday as well after I called them and received the same info on Tuesday. Another month of waiting...but hey, maybe I'll actually get to possess this can one day.

My mailed date seemed delayed to show up but the stamps were cashed pretty quick after it showed it mailed. It showed mailed sometime mid/end of July and we’re cashed at the end of August. Just a waiting game now. NFA Tracker shows a big blob of time period after cashed to approval.

My original mailed date was August 3 and I never got a notification of check cashed...then the resubmit came along, I was really hoping for a better NFA experience this time around...

FWIW, new mailed date was Sept 5, SilencerShop shipped the can to my dealer on Tuesday and I got a notification that ATF received my forms and cashed my check today.
