After researching all I could find on P322 feeding issues, I discovered that, aside from not staggering rounds correctly, the issue with both 10 and 25 rd mags is that the engineering of the feed lips is poor - the factory plastic magazine feed lips do not control the round properly and allow the round to "jump" out of the feed lips before the nose of the round enters the chamber and the magazine is too small front to back and wobbles substantially in the mag well. I modified the rear portion of the feed lips of first one to test and now eight 10 and 25 rounders to keep the round controlled for another 3/32" of travel before releasing the round and also added a little material to the rear of the magazine body (and yes, it still drops free) - now I have ZERO feeding issues with RN, HP, plated, coated etc. ammo - ZERO. I have messaged SIG several times in different ways to try and interest them in producing reliable magazines for the P322 but evidently they do not want to essentially admit that they rushed yet another product into production without adequate testing.
