Where does sycamore creek fall into this? I believe it's BLM.

its not the sycamore creek off the beeline, its a different area known as sycamore canyon in the prescott nat forrest not near the tonto

Coconino NF websight still shows stage 1 fire restrictions but when you read the order it says they expire Oct 31 2020. So something is up there, If they extended the restrictions they have not bothered to add the new restriction order. Regardless Coconino stage 1 restrictions do not limit firearms, just campfires and smoking.

Also the 4 peaks region burnt up by the Bush fire this year is closed until March 15 2021 This includes most of the Sycamore creek area off the B-line highway. They did recently open the back side of 4 peeks early and you can drive up Eloso road from Roosevelt lake to the intersection at the top that goes to Loan Pine Saddle trail head.

So no sugar loaf this winter?

Unfortunately I believe that to be the case. Here is a map of the closure area.
