Earlier, US President Donald Trump stated that he was in talks with the NRA and looking into sales of gun blueprints online.

US Attorney General Jeff Sessions has announced that people who make plastic firearms that are "undetectable" would be "prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law."

The statement comes a day after the US Justice Department asked a court not to block the public from downloading blueprints for the guns.

What're these plastic guns using for springs and a firing pin?

Also, where are they getting the undetectable ammo. Having said that, we're getting close. They've got polymer cases and bullets at this point in time.

"Undetectable" guns that don't have a minimum metallic content to be able to show up in an X-ray image have been illegal since '88. 3D printing and the sharing of such files does not alter that.

Sessions is a moron, and so is Trump for putting his lame ass in office.

Hmmm,...didn't know that, thanks!

As to Sessions, I haven't figured him out yet,... I don't know if he is as numb & dumb as he portrays, or, there is a method to his numbdumbness!

As to Trump,... he is NOT the perfect messiah obama,... he is just a human and makes mistakes just like any other human, imo.

Even plastics show up on xrays. I've wasted way too many hours screening shit. Pretty much everything shows up to some extent and with all of the newer computer controlled xray machines even a poptart shaped into a gun will be flagged because the computer highlights anything of certain shapes or density or material it finds.

Now metal detectors? A bullet will set them off....usually. they can be adjusted for sensitivity.

X-ray doesn't only detect metal.

I travel almost weekly for work. I've been busted by the machine that the TSA clowns run for having a napkin in my pocket.

However.....I have a couple body piercings that are not visible (over 5/8" thick stainless steel) and NEVER get harassed about them.

Mrs. Flash has the following:
In her arm, 2 metal plates and 20+ screws
In her upper spine, 12 screws and 1 plate
In her lower spine, 2 plates and 14 or so screws

She's never been through the X-Ray, but the metal detector doesn't even beep.

Dear Mr. Sessions:
I believe what you meant to say is "The Second Amendment protects the right of the American people to own and carry guns. There are no exceptions for guns made of certain materials or without serial numbers or which cannot be detected by government searches. We will not prosecute anybody for violating an unconstitutional law."
Please get right on issuing that correction, you Howdy-Doody-looking moron!
Respectfully,
Smithers599

From his facial and body language expression,... I'd say there is a lot of swamp gas, in his part of the swamp!
