...last Saturday. I had a couple questions about my TruGlo Sights on my G43 and G19. Asked my questions and then saw a S&W 3913 "Lady Smith" for $550 in the display case. I immediately asked to take a look. I have wanted one of these for a couple years (I have a 39-2; 5904; and a 6906) but did not want to pay the $500+ I see them go for on auction sites. This is the first time I've seen one at a LGS. Upon closer look, it was a 3913 NL (only made between '91-'94) and the price tag actually read $350. I asjked how much down they wanted to hold it for me. They said "nothing" and would hold it for me for 1 business day. I picked it up Monday on my lunch hour.

S&W 3913 NL
2 factory magazines; one other
No box
$378.18 out the door.

I was thrilled with the price and the gun.

Man, you got a heck of a deal....
I have one that I have been considering selling since I have seen them going for 600+ but i just can't let it go- they are one of the nicest single stacks out there.
Good Shooing

DA/SA not my cuppa.
9mm not my cuppa.
But that particular model, gray/stainless, with the tapering at the front, is one of the best-looking guns ever made, IMO.
$350 a smoking price.
Congrats.

me likey, great deal, whats not to like about it, hehe nothing like adding a newbie to the stable, requiring a trip to the range to ensure the last new members unctions as intended

I love me some Smith and Wesson 3rd gen pistols.

I just bought a 1076 and 4006 CHP at the end of last year. Also own a 4506 that was a Smittys clearance gun at Shooters World, a 4516, and a 915

Good score! Those 3rd gen Smith autos were some of the last guns I got rid of during my retirement purge. In retrospect, I kind of wish I'd kept at least a couple of my 3rd gen Smith's because they were really well made in that era.

They're starting to bring higher dollars these days as more people are appreciating how good a pistol they were. They tend to remind me a lot of the classic SIG P series which I mostly did keep.
