In reloading .45Colt for my Taurus Judge with a 3 inch barrel, and my Rossie .45Colt in a 20 inch barrel, can I use Federal Large Rifle primers #210?

Unlike small rifle/pistol primers, Large pistol & Large rifle primers have different size dimensions, and technically you shouldn't interchange them.

The diameters of large pistol and large rifle are the same, but the height is not.

The rifle primers sit up high enough to cause problems with the cylinder rotating in revolvers.

Small rifle and small pistol primers appear identical on the outside, but don’t use them interchangeably. Both are about .175 inches in diameter, and .120 inches tall, give or take a hair depending on brand.

Large rifle primers measure about .128 inches tall and .212 inches wide, again give or take a bit. Large pistol primers are a touch smaller at .120 inches tall and .211 inches diameter on average.

Evidently you can. There's another thread with the info in it, but I'll post it again here. Super Vel did a scientific test using small pistol, small pistol magnum and small rifle with nothing else changed in the loadings and measured pressure and velocity. Very enlightening.
