Mr. President, is it acceptable or Constitutional to eliminate a job applicant due to their race or gender?

There's only one way you can answer that question, honestly anyway, and thay is NO.

So here is my follow up question.. Then aren't you eliminating candidates for the current open Supreme Court Justice seat based on there color and race. Didn't you take an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America? Is it Constitutional, Mr. President, to deny an opportunity for someone based on there race or gender? I don't believe that it is.

I wouldn't even want the job anymore if nominated, since you have made it perfectly clear to the world, you only chose me because I'm a black female. Thanks Brandon, for diminishing what would have been my greatest accomplishment and making it all about race and Gender.

I have no problem with a Female African American on the bench. Although I'm pretty sure I won't like her politics. It's the way he's going about it.

I have no issues with a black woman on the bench at all....I have a MASSIVE problem with choosing someone SOLELY based on their gender and skin color.

WTF happened to the best person for the job?

I want the most qualified person for the job to fill the slot, not the person who matches a paint sample with a vagina.

That last appointment pick was pre announced to be a woman by the last president.

the dream of work hard and excel and rewards will come your way, is over, it seems you have to be a certain gender, color, and greed and religion, getting tired of this pc shite,

real Americans imo could care less of what is mentioned above, as long as they follow the constitution and laws as we have, or make viable changes that are good for the masses, not just the elite few.

rebellion is the only answer, a reset but how badly would that destroy the fabric of what made America great, just my opinion, now

A "rebellion" was what made America great from the start, and at this point, I don't think it would make things worse.

problem is the populace is vastly larger than back in ''the day'' and what percentage would be non participants and or participants, or sympathetic to the cause, hard to say, but the political world at least here in the USA is off the rail and needs to be re placed, reset ,or demoed beyond use and begin again, so much corruption and bullshite coming out of every politicals mouth its a sewer pit

9.6 million is 3%, but honestly, of that number, I already know how many that consider themselves in that category would acquiesce and submit, or, worse, become a collaborator. Most of those in that number wouldn't do a thing because they have a family, or, a good income, or whatever motivates them to not do something about this inherent collapse. It's always easier to wait until one side or the other becomes stronger to join the team, and they'll wait it out until it's convenient to do so.

I have "ALG" triggers (which cost $35) on my "Black Rifles",
and I can pump off 6-7 rounds per second with them, with
reasonable accuracy, so I've never wanted a "full auto" or
"simulated full auto" trigger. I have not bought the "Bump
Fire Stocks", (I can bump fire without them) AR-15 "Pistol
Braces" and other "enhancements" that work around gun
laws, because they will eventually be outlawed, and I
don't see the value (or need) for them.

I also, think a Ar-15 with a 16" barrel and collapsible stock
is as short as I need, so screw all the SBR nonsense. I buy
nice condition, used weapons (privately) and nobody knows
I have them, and that's the way I like it.
