My sister lives in Michigan. He husband who is temporarily out of work wanted to do some yard work and at Home Depot they have the lawn and garden area roped off. Ridiculous.

That's what they want. They want to push us into doing truly bad things so they can go all in on trying to disarm us.
 
The issue is the lefties will do anything to disarm you whether you protest or not
Whether there is a "reason" or not they are and will do it - no question about

So, Is it best to "not give the lefties a reason" and watch them do it anyway?

I say, either stand down and die OR man up and fight them anyway you can
and if you die well you had a cause

I don't mean in small issues, I am talking about a coming day of Marshal Law
THAT will be a time you will make a decision

The fact is that no one is going to do anything...yea, show up, chant a few lines of protest and then go home. As long as there's beer in the fridge and a movie on tv, nothing is going to happen, and the gov't knows that.
 
The problem with demonstrations, especially armed, is the one sided media. Although completely legal, it will be twisted into a mass hysteria. Right now we don't need the attention nor providing the leftist media more video footage that makes gun owners look like nuts. Personally, even though I'm a life member of both the NRA and AxCDL, I really believe our best tool right now is silence. The left is destroying itself right now. Let them do it on their dime.

Harming us how?

Was chatting with a friend the other night and this right here is the reason why we've had so much taken from us.

As most of us are shades of conservative, we are all independent thinkers and it's hard for us to agree on issues especially something that is dear to us.

This is where the left is able to organize as they focus on specific issues and keep pushing until we acquiesce because we don't want to listen to their autistic screeching any longer.

For us we should all agree to a firm line in the sand.

No more new laws. Regardless of what party is in office. There's enough laws on the books. Enforce those.

No more of "Well I think X product is dumb/gay/lame/retarded and I'm fine with them banning them." mentality. In the end they want us completely disarmed just like those gelded losers across the pond.

After '68 they've pretty much ensured that the only gun owners left are the most compliant ones who will follow any rule that is set out as long as no one bothers them to the point of owning them has no real meaning.

Please don't get it twisted I am not trying to upset anyone but want to point out that pretty much all of us have things to lose. Good jobs, relationships with our kids, businesses we've built. The left doesn't have this. That's why it's easier for them to get organized and do things. Look at antifa and how they act and the fact they are willing to do some brazen stuff.

We don't do these things because even if we disagree with someone we give them a decorum of respect.

That's got to change at some point, when? Well that's up to you all.
