Has anyone tried, prime all primer reloading compound? It's 20$ and says it will do 2000 primers, or can be used to reload rimfire, I still have a little bit of primers , but thinking it wouldn't hurt to have this as a backup if I can't find more and if the stuff works.

Neat .. but questions .. It looked like he had a container with spent primers. I could kind of make out a dimple in one of the primers.

Do you have to somehow take the dent out? the firing pin is only allowed to travel so far?

Where is he getting his "Anvil?" I didnt think they sold primer parts?

I have enough primers to last a good bit now but the mad scientist tinker in me wants to try it.

I've read before of using a flat punch to remove the dimple.

When you clean out the old cup, you're supposed to keep the anvils to reuse.

Personally, I would find that kit more useful for fabricating blasting caps to construct IEDs in the coming unpleasantness.

You can definitely use a punch to flatten out the cup, you just have to save the anvil, I ordered it so, I'll do some experimenting of course.
