This was the GoFundMe description on the page that is no longer there;


Our leaders in the District of Columbia deserve to feel safe and secure, as do we all. Fences and National Guardsmen are a good start, but we need to do more.
To that end, we are raising money to purchase additional concertina wire to permanently secure the Capitol . Topping the fences with razor wire is not enough. We must pile it at least three layers high inside and outside the fence to assure Congress that the country is protected from the extremists.
At $109 per 250 feet of wire , I think $150,000 will be adequate for a good start on securing the nation.
Should we exceed the goal, money can be directed to chains and padlocks so that fence gates can be locked from the outside.
With the Capitol adequately and permanently secured, the nation can heave a sigh of relief, knowing we are all finally safe.
