Yeah, MLB has zero moral standing. There's no actual justification for their ban. It's not like anyone looks to them as any sort of guidepost for what's ethical.

I’d love to see a fan boycott over it, but that’s a crazy long shot. Every baseball stadium had some kind of betting app/website ad banner. It’s in every TV shot. Clearly, they have zero problem with gambling on baseball. They are actively supporting and encouraging it.

There are steroid users in the HOF. Probably people who hit their wives. For sure a lot of alcoholics and drug users. They are all OK. But not Pete Rose.
