Name of the victim? Did he have a criminal record? Was he armed? What weapon was he shot with? ID of the shooter? White, black, Hispanic, Asian? Male/Female/Other?

Hard to tell but did the shooter ambush that guy? doesnt look like there was any direct contact until the shooting and it looks like the dead guy was snuck up on.
