Panic Buying Over Yet?

I don't know if panic buying is done but sellers must be assuming it's not.

No fun cruising Armslist anymore as everything is way over priced. I always have at least one gun I might trade for something new to me but .. Glock gen 5's for $700, CZ P07 which can usually be had everywhere for $450 going $700-750! I have owned 2. Just not a $700 gun. So no good potential trades because most stuff is priced high. No biggy to me since I am happy with my small collection but it does make Armslist less fun.

Seems to be a couple of fair deals on S&W gen 3's which are pretty sweet guns but plastic guns are nuts.

No, it is YOU that has it all wrong. Your first mistake was assuming that we think that it's fake, no one has openly said that, that was YOU assuming it instantly on us. Your second mistake was the fake science that cloth masks work, they do not, your feelings cannot defeat actual science. Your third mistake was daring us to go to a hospital quarantine unit without a mask and expecting us to not wear one. Why on earth would anyone do such a thing willingly? That's the same logic as telling someone not to go into a minefield to prove that it's been cleared when no one knows if it's been cleared or not, so straw man argument, wrong again. Your fourth was the same assumption telling me that I think that it does not exist when I know it exists but it's not as dangerous as it's been portrayed to be, another mistake of yours.

And what's sad is your weak game at mask politics. You cannot refrain yourself from being the problem and not the solution, and contrary to your feelings about it, the solution is to be a good neighbor and not be a mask karen. And that is very sad too.

By the way, I wear deodorant for everyone, because that is hygiene and good manners and not even close to being in the same context as masks, your logical fallacy counters won't work.

Be better and stop being an ass about it because nobody cares if you are choosing to mask, but the minute you butt in uninvited and try being the hall monitor you are only making it worse for yourself in perception.

This guy just let go a CZp01 for $600 that he says he bought a couple weeks ago but needs to make bills.

Many years ago a good friend of mine scored a almost new GP100 on consignment at a LGS for $300. He walked in, saw the asking price, checked the barrel and lockup and shelled out his money. Didn’t skip a beat on that one. Fine shooting gun.

I’m not a big 9mm guy either except that now that I can CCW I need to practice with my Sig P228. I had accepted a job in another state and bought it back in the early to mid 90’s for EDC. But the job fell through and I didn’t move. It has sat in my safe all these years. Just moved here recently so it’s time to break out the Sig and practice with it.

With all that said I am a revolver guy. I have a small collection of revolvers, in 9mm. One of which is a Ruger Speed Six which is the grandpappy to the GP100. So while I don’t consider myself a 9mm guy I do shoot a fair amount of it since I enjoy shooting all my revolvers. And now that I have broken out the Sig I am shooting more 9mm.

I guess it’s time to break out my Gen 2 Glock 17.
