I seriously doubt it...it was more likely just hanging and it created a loop. I can't imagine it's even possible to tie a noose with an air hose...they are rather stiff or tightly coiled.

Just a guess, but I’ve been told it’s an OSHA standard to have the spring recoil type next to all machinery. The person who told me that may have been wrong. Who knows. But a safety standard of self recoil air hoses next to a machine wouldn’t be a bad idea.
I’d like to see a picture of this “noose”. If it’s the same a Bubba Wallace had, it’s nothing.
