Looks like they may be trying to blow out their inventory with the AFT (LOL) on the warpath for these items. Thanks for the link, that's as cheap as I've seen even with Midway's price and free shipping, the parts kit is another $40 plus, and plus shipping

Exactly, that is the cheapest I have ever seen. They take about 1-2 weeks to arrive. But it comes with everything to complete the lower.
