Had a kid sound a silent alarm or call the cops on me open carrying a few years back at a little store.
I remember the look on the kids face as he rang up my stuff and i was thinking what the....as I got in my truck, Cops showed up and went running into the store. The kid was at the door trying to talk to the officers, they just went right through him. I was like do I want to stick around and see what happens and if they maybe want to talk to me.......nah I put her in drive and left.
Never saw that kid working there again.

Some of the comments are priceless... some are disturbing... it shows just how divided we have become, and what an effective job the anti-gunner's have done of vilifying something that used to be a complete non-issue.
I'm not a big fan of open carry - I generally think that concealed carry is smarter in most cases - but there's a piece of me that thinks it would be good to become part of the crowd who open carries to help break down the stigma.
