I dont condone but understand if you are so frustrated with a government office or even your place of work that you lash out violently but ... what the hell does killing kids have to do with anything. Large groups of kids, and people in general, are typically corralled in "gun free zones" in the US. Easy targets. Guess the same goes abroad.

In lesser "Evolved" areas.. the villagers just grab the guy and do horrific things to him as they kill him. Think we need to be a little less evolved.
