Did GG try to shoot KR? Was there a light primer strike or weapons malfunction of some sort I have not read about yet? I have not read the court proceedings/testimonies and just saw the shooting video and summaries (news media) of testimony. Did GG or PD testimony include attempted firearm use by GG? Would like to know if so - that would mature my understanding of the affair.

From what I see on the video, it looked more like GG had some bizarre fantasy about apprehending/intimidating KR (a guy actively using his weapon) into surrender by attempting to maneuver around him in some kind of idiotic armed apprehension attempt after putting his armed hands up in surrender. No doubt - once GG dropped his armed hands from surrender, instead of his armament from his hands, he was fair game IMO and lucky to be alive.(https://twitter.com/kristenbarbar/status/1458851832277708802)

I will never understand why people like GG try to use a firearm as some kind of microphone or prop - thankfully GG wasn't mature enough to keep his firearm in his pocket - simply maneuver behind KR and place a round in his melon.

If memory serves me correctly, he admittedly pointed his loaded handgun at KR, and was subsequently shot. I don't believe he had a malfunction.

Well, that didn't even last a year.

Grosskreutz (let's call him "Lefty") was the victim of a hit-and-run accident, suffering a lacerated liver and several broken bones to go with his mangled right forearm.

But apparently the public court records exposed his new identity of Paul Prediger, as he is currently known.

If he keeps this up, how is he gonna be able to attempt to murder anyone again?
