That is a die grinder (essentially a giant Dremel tool with pumice cut-off wheel) that got too close to his crotch and tried to amputate his jewels. The fragile cut-off wheel disintegrated,...but they produce jagged edges when they do that,...which grabbed his jeans like shark teeth and began chewing. Fortunately, he let off the trigger immediately and the momentum of the spinning rotor petered out quickly enough to stop spinning before it got to his soft tender bits.
