a fake document, created by the democrats and Clinton, is used purposefully by corrupt elements of the Obama administration to spy on the competition. When that fails, the same information is used to undermine the current administration and leads to a 2+ year investigation. When the investigation turns up nothing, the mainstream propaganda outlets claim now the investigators are bought etc.
