I just heard on the morning news that supposedly the Senate tax policy reconciler has somehow by some sort of demented logic determined that the NFA tax policy provision removing suppressors and short-barreled rifles is somehow not a tax matter, and therefor has been administratively ripped from the bill and is dead.
I'm waiting to hear confirmation of that from other sources, and have not seen that yet. But unless the reporter is an idiot twit who is just talking out of her azz,...that is what seems to have happened. I continue to see what the gun press has to say this morning.
