I had seen that article earlier and all I could picture was some 9.00 an hour security guard with little training and experience confronting a legal carrying individual and wanting them to explain why they may have a weapon.

Not going to end well in many ways. The legality of it to me would be sketchy at best unless you enter private property but anywhere else? I'm not sure it's legal.
