What’s good family, newbie here — I turn 21 next month and I intend to purchase a Gen 5 G19 on my birthday as my first personal firearm. I am pretty set on it due to its reliability & customization, however I am fully open to other suggestions!
Already have taken my CCW course earlier this month (although I recognize it is not mandatory here in AZ - maybe even the nation now after the SC ruling ?), and i’m looking forwards to diving head first in this hobby. Glad to have found this forum.

Just wanted to drop in and say hello. I haven't posted since 2019 and honestly forgot about the forum all together. I was on the original forum years ago and re-joined when I found it again/it came back in 2018.

Back on AZS - same username, but it's been a lonnng time, had to re register. Had a kid recently and haven't been able to get out and shoot in a couple years.

Did the sport clays at Ben Avery over the weekend with a friend and now I'm hooked again.

Hello fellow Arizonan's!

I was formerly on the old forum before it went down some years back, and I thought that I registered here when it came back. I alternate between trailboss and trailboss60 as my forum handle, (when trailboss is taken). Looking forward to glean info from fellow forum members here many of the old timers I see are back. It has been way too long since I have been out to shoot, and even crank the gun safe open. I know that my muscle memory is all but non existent, and need to change that!
