I got a Nemo Battle-Light in .223 Wylde a couple of months back and absolutely love it! Was considering doing my own build but the specs that came with it were pretty much everything I wanted. I haven't had to contact Nemo with any customer support related inquiries but if I do I get the feeling from them it would be a good experience.
