Need some straightforward machining done for reasonable $

I need about 0.125” taken off the back of two Areo precision handguards. It is just a simple end mill cut with no real precision other than being square. I don’t mind paying a fair price but one smith I checked had a $70 setup fee for each piece plus the regular labor charge? I decided to see if anyone here might know of anyone in AZ that could do this more reasonably.
