Are there any movie theaters in the Phoenix metro area that don't have No Firearms signs?

Last i knew the Regal Cinema at Gilbert and Warner in Gilbert was not posted.

I'd rather spend my money at places that aren't posted with No Firearms signs.

Someone on the previous forum had said Harkins was doing away with the signs and was going to allow concealed carry. Never heard anything else about it. Anyone been to a Harkins lately?

Really, really, REALLY need to get law passed imposing liability on deniers of self-defense rights if/when someone is killed or injured while disarmed in their establishment. Seriously.

Agreed. One could make an argument that posting the sign implicates them in that they believed their was an issue and failed to adequately address it. An attorney could show how many shootings have occurred in areas where signs were posted. I would not be surprised if they are using a low-cost insurance company that happens to be operated by left-leaning individuals and they reduce their rate for doing things that "reduce their liability."

"Signs, what signs? I never see any signs?"
^^This^^

@Racewin, I agree.
The way I see it is if the establishment posts that you cannot protect yourself, then they should be taking active measures to ensure your safety. If something happens then they should be held accountable for failing to do so since they did not allow you to do it yourself.

That is a really good idea.
Why not contact the Arizona Citizens Defense League and see if they can get that put into the next state congress meeting?

Signs or no signs. It's my responsibility to make sure I am in a safe place 100% of the time. Carry concealed is just that. Don't tip your hat and no one will know you are carrying. When something happens, heaven forbid, just take care of it.

worst thing that can happen is they ask you to leave. If you don't leave then you can be arrested for possession, but if you leave they can't prosecute you. So make sure you are concealed.

Sign?

Sorry,
No hablo ingles
Je ne parle pas anglais
Я не говорю по английски
我不會說英語
Eu nao falo ingles

One might argue that a single-language sign (especially here in Arizona) forbidding firearms is discriminatory.

Short of a metal detector I don’t care what the f@&$)ing sign says, I’m going to not make it easy for anyone to do harm to me and mine—. That said I take care to make sure I’m concealed fully and not obvious in any way .
