We were expecting to have foreign primer manufacturers pick up the slack last year and import lots of them. But most of those production lines shut down for months at a time due to COVID, just like here and everyone else.

The production lines are finally running again, but with Putin making a pan-European war look possible, nobody is committing to any purchase contracts while the ammo plants on that continent are nervously eying what happens next.
