Nine Black Lives Matter protesters were issued citations for trespassing in connection with the incident but prosecutors refused to move forward. The couple's attorney said the demonstrators broke down a gate to get onto the private street and threatened them.

Prosecutors determined the demonstrators acted peacefully.

"If you've got an ‘R’ behind your name, you're subject to one kind of justice system and if you have a ‘D,’ you're subjected to another," he said.

My only problem with the piece on Fox is they first say

"wielding guns as Black Lives Matter demonstrators marched outside their property" ??

"pointing weapons at BLM demonstrators who ingressed into the property inside a gated community ...."

So which is it Fox? afraid to lead with the fact that these a holes were in fact ON their property and not Marching outside or past their property. Seems like towing the liberal company line and looks ugly when you contradict yourself in the same piece.
