I didn't think my opinion of him could go any lower.

Here's an idea:
The rush is now on to start naming stuff after him.
During his last campaign, his slogan was “Build the dang fence.”
President Trump, listen up: Build the dang fence (or wall, what the heck), and name it the John McCain Memorial Dang Fence/Wall. Lots of TV advertisements showing The Hero saying again and again, "Build the dang fence." Anybody who votes against is disrespecting the guy that they just all got done admiring. Come on, Democrats! Reach across the aisle so we can have a bipartisan honoring of his memory.
PS - Put Sarah Palin in charge of the project.
