Found this when looking for the Arizona "LAW" about wearing a mask..................

Lawmakers in Arizona passed a law earlier this year making wearing a disguise while committing a crime an aggravating circumstance. Prior to the passage of House Bill 2007, which amended ARS § 13-701, juries were required to find that people who committed a crime while in disguise did so in order to avoid detection.

This new law doesn’t simply make wearing a mask or other disguise a crime in and of itself – rather, it allows prosecutors to pursue increased punishments for someone convicted of a crime while wearing a disguise. While this legal update was intended to add additional punishments for people convicted of robberies and burglaries, the most common crimes where people typically attempt to disguise their appearance, opponents of this bill worry that it could be used to punish people who commit non-violent and less serious crimes.

Some of the initial concerns were addressed earlier this year, when the proposed bill was rewritten in response to First Amendment concerns. State Rep. Jay Lawrence, R-Scottsdale announced plans to introduce the bill, which would have made it a felony rather than an aggravating factor to wear a disguise or mask while committing a crime, in a Facebook post after anti-fascist protesters (antifa) and white supremacists clashed in Phoenix in August 2017. This drew condemnation from activist groups and the American Civil Liberties Union who stated that if the bill passed as initially planned, it would severely impact protesters’ free speech rights.

In response to the criticism, Lawrence updated the bill in order to avoid impacting people’s rights and acknowledged the issues present in that first proposal. Now included in ARS § 13-701, the updated law states that,

“During or immediately following the commission of the offense, the defendant used a mask or other disguise to obscure the defendant's face to avoid identification.”

I am no lawyer but think this is the Arizona law referenced. The Covid crapola is the CDC recommendation for the fauxdemic. Looks to me like the "LAW" should apply to the anarchists in the streets.

Go Read the constitution - Definitely Need some Re-Medial Knowledge

Some gun owners really are stupid. You sit here and cry about guns bans and the second amendment then scream for business owners being able to suspend our constitutional rights with a f***ing sign. God you are pathetic.

What constitutional rights are businesses squashing? The Constitution protects you from the government, not businesses.

I think you should take your own advice. This has nothing to do with property rightS or the constitution. This is bowing to the government out of fear in order to keep their business and nothing more. This is about the destruction of our nation and that’s all it’s ever been about. Pretty sad that so many so called Americans don’t see it or just flat out refuse. Don’t bother responding. I don’t f***ing care

Lmao you guys are such a joke.

A business has the RIGHT to refuse me business if I don't follow their rules. Most post a sign in the front window of this right of refusal. If I feel I NEED what they have, and they require a mask, I'll wear it. Do you think you can just roll into any major sit down restaurant without a shirt and be seated? Hell, In-n-Out for that matter.. Nope.

BUUUTTT, if I can get it from a place that doesn't require a mask, they will be the ones getting my money.

Free enterprise.

I am not personally against wearing masks around strangers.

But think about how well your underwear filters a fart and then consider how well your mask probably works.

I was going to buy a friends gun store a couple years back. But with all the time I spent in there the douchebags that came in to buy guns are the reason I passed. I did buy everything after he closed inventory wise but screw having to deal with most gun owners. They can't wait to give up their own rights. The second amendment is the ONLY one that says SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED and some store owner saying I can't bring it in concealed is a infringement if I have ever seen one.

Roll your eyes all you want, champ.

Since the MVD is closed, I had to go to a third party joint today to renew the tags on my Jeep. Some millennial cunt was giving me shit because I didn't have a mask on, even though the place only had chairs about 10' apart. When she got to the counter she was bitching to the employees that I didn't have a mask on. Mind you, no posted sign on the door. They wouldn't serve me unless I put a mask on.

Please, go into one of these type places and express your opinion. Tell us how it goes. When you file the lawsuit because they turned you away, we would love to know the results...in 2030..

I NEEDED the service, therefore I complied....

Can't you renew tags online?

Absolutely. I just renewed the tags for one of my trucks online. Got them around 4 days later.

No hassles at all.

So, If a fart can squeeze past a tight bung hole, through clinched cheeks, a pair of under wear and tight jeans... Do you really think your mask is gonna work???
