He claims there hasn’t been a fair election in nearly 20 years. If that’s true, then how is it that Republicans have had the presidency for 12 of the 20 years, control of the senate for almost half those years, and control of the house for 12+ of those years. His point is that his algorithm proves a rigged election. So in order to believe his algorithm proves the 2020 election was rigged, then you also have to believe that the election was rigged for the winner of each election his algorithm is supposedly accurate for, which he claims is 2002-2004. There’s no picking or choosing or “maybe it wasn’t rigged enough.”

The assumption is that Reps. and Dems, one or the other or both, ... are cheating.
How about considering that they both are just playing the game and the "house" decides who wins and who loses? (WWF anyone?)

If one vote for Trump equaled .8 and one for the cabbage lady equaled 1.2, Trump still wins because they didn't weigh (cheat) enough to cover the vote difference.(can't divide by 0)
How else do you explain vote totals with decimal points?
All Frank was saying is he took the data of total population able to vote, registered voters, votes cast and built an equation to tie them all in.
That's just a relation. Then he applied that formula to all other counties and it fit them all. That indicates it's an algorithm.
Says nothing about controlling who won but everything about getting a maximum number of ballots in hand.
Next is to see if there's any truth to "weighted votes" that the machines are doing.

But personally, I think the source code in the machines have already been accessed and they are positioning to expose what they have. The server issue is to see the IP's of who was calling the shots.

I get it and it’s the same reason both sides were flipping out over Trump’s 2016 win. If the guy analyzed it and said here’s X, Y, and Z that are different in 2020 than we’ve seen in any other election, then I’d say he’s onto something. Saying that his secret squirrel algorithm is consistent for 2 decades and hasn’t found a fair election in 20 years means that either a) the 2016 election was rigged FOR Trump, or b) the algorithm is proof of nothing. I’m going with option b.

The more people continue to fall for quacks like this guy, the more we’re just handing the Dems elections. Independents that want hard proof, but are given nothing but moronic theories, are going to view conservatives as a bunch of loons and vote with the Dems. The ones that fall for the moronic theories are going to feel their vote doesn’t count and stay home on Election Day. The combination of the two is going to be landslide wins for the Dems, bringing more quacks out of the woodwork, pushing more people away from the party, and keeping more people at home until we have only one side that votes and the other side that sits around and whines and complains about the vote.

There was some sketchy stuff that happened in this last election, and it only seemed to be happening in swing states. In AZ, there was an initial "pre-audit" of a small batch of ballots, and the machine count was different from what a manual count indicated. A judge then allowed for a larger batch of ballots to be checked, and the count was off by an even larger margin. This is a legitimate reason to look into the election, and it's not foolishness on the part of the GOP leadership like you asserted.

This past election is over. This audit is in an attempt to make sure that this crap can't happen again. You're dead wrong about the audit costing the Republicans every election going forward. Not doing the audit may be what costs us that.

There were something like 30k ballots that couldn’t be read and were “duplicated” by election staff. They sampled 1500 or so of those and found less than 10 where the entire ballot had not been transferred by staff correctly. If that was their plan to steal the election then they definitely didn’t do the math. Nobody has provided any evidence of votes being tallied incorrectly as you claim, which is why the law suits all died and the state senate had to use their subpoena powers to conduct the audit.

They have put themselves in a no-win situation. Either they find no evidence of any tampering and walk away looking like bigger idiots, or they find evidence of something that’ll be so easily discredited because they’re running it like a bunch of clowns.
