Well, my wife the packrat proved me wrong. We had copies of DC, which contain DOB & SSN. So I inquired and encountered the next issue. It appears when we called to tell the court that she would not be appearing for jury duty do to her being dead, they seem to have flushed her from the voter rolls.

Wasn't DMV she was old enough to be on a 5 year renewal cycle since 1995, so 20 years after her death had to be the voter rolls.
