Who is the best LLC service provider in AZ?

Or, is the process pretty easy?

An LLC is easy to form. The AZ corporation commission has a set of steps and even sample articles of organization on their web site. I've done several C corps using the info from their site, with no outside assistance and LLCs are easier.

I'm either missing something, or reading the page wrong. I originally went to the AZCC page. Didn't see anything about new filings,

You want "Articles of Organization."

I helped 2 other guys they had all the paperwork right but they didn't see if the name was available. They submitted and it was rejected for that one reason.
